Your Rapidsource account manager will be available to you on direct dial or by email throughout the working day from 9am until 5.30pm. Their mission is to make sure that you are informed and fully satisfied every step of the way.

Sometimes you may have a problem which lies outside the technical expertise of your account manager – highly qualified though they are. Your problem will be relayed to our team of technicians, who will provide the solution you are looking for, swiftly, clearly and practically.
